- Purchases are assigned to customers and contain all the economical and product based info they should, getting a handle on the economy is a breeze.

- Products are created by you and are automatically retrieved for you when you want to add purchases to the system.

- Create full year schedules for all your products; a connection to the purchases makes it easy for you to keep track of place availability in courses and on facilities such as boats.

- The trip list and pickup list are two very important daily documents that you have full control over and are practically handled automatically for you; easy management of hotels by area gives you exact control of what the pickup maps will look like, only the hotels where there are customers staying will show to avoid cluttered and confusing maps. You control exactly what should end up in each trip list you print, everything from equipment needs to paid amounts.
